Lee Broom recently unveiled his cut-lead crystal bulbs this year in Milan; each one is individually hand blown by Cumbria Crystal, the last producer of handmade English full lead crystal. The bulb fits any standard E27 fitting, and is available to purchase alone ($175) or with a brushed brass pendant ($275).
