Sure, it’s expensive, but I usually don’t like oil lamps and this one completely changed my mind. I kind of love it.
“Glass hurricane lamp houses an upturned light bulb, ironically converted into oil lamp, suspended by dipping wires. A functional sculpture created in homage to Thomas Alvin Edison’s 1879 unveiling of the world’s first long-lasting electric lamp, which lasted 13.5 hours.”
