While I’m not crazy about seatbelts being used for items other than what they were intended for, I do think this particular application is nicely executed and somewhat appropriate.
“The loveseat redefined โ modernized and streamlined for your contemporary lifestyle. Solid maple wood and post-industrial automotive seatbelts are the basis for this seat designed by Peter Danko, an early founder of Eco-Modernism. Made with non-toxic water based adhesives.”

I’m not a huge fan of an overly olfactory experience, but I think this is perfect for anyone who is.
“It’s an incense burner. It’s an ashtray. It can hold a taper candle, or a tea light. It’s the four-in-one cube that serves four different functions depending on what side is up. Available in matte black or glossy white, this is a cleverly designed ceramic cube for those who cringe at clutter. Devised by Gualitiero Saachi and made in Italy for Bosa.”

These interesting geometrical shapes are a sight for sore eyes. The soft glow looks to be the perfect amount of light needed for above a dining table or side table.
“It’s shade, made up of a three dimensional fabric hand woven from transparent polypropylene lends the light a look which triggers images of moorish architecture and the calm relax of oriental salons.
This system allows for a wide combination of geometrical shapes of different shapes and size. The collection is made up of spheres, ovals and diamonds.”

“This substantial yet graceful coffee table was conceived as a plane interrupted by a void. The plane of this aluminum table is powder coated in a metallic brown that has an unexpected depth and richness. A slot, whose interior is lined in mirror-polished stainless steel, creating the light and airy effect of infinite expansion, creates the void. The table’s profile is of a single line that bends and curves, and seems to hover above the floor. Sophisticated and versatile, this timeless piece blends with variety of styles, and makes an impressive centerpiece in any room.”

Flatpacked furniture is great for so many reasons. Decreased shipping costs, decreased environmental strain, and obviously it makes moving a breeze.
“Brazilian RS Miranda brings his design talent to the coffee table, creating this cunning flatpack cardboard design. the table folds together like a piece of origami, creating an design that is green in more ways than one. Shown at the Milan furniture fair in 2005, this table created quite a stir, both for its functional and decorative design, and for the way that simple cardboard was transformed into a complex, load-bearing design.”
