This is really quite nice.

Baadaa 3d tiles create a unique visual impact. Ideal for any area in the house you want to turn into a focal point. Designed by Scottish Designer Graeme Adam Findlay, the tiles are based on the principles of mathematics, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

What I really like about this storage is that because it is low profile, it doesn’t give a weighty feel to a room, but it still really provides a lot of storage. If you had an armoir in the same space the room would feel smaller. But because this is so low, it really has a neutral effect.

Also, it would work really well in any room: bedroom, office, livingroom, etc.

I just found a great company called “loadbearing” which makes all kinds of great tables, storage, etc. What’s cool about the company is that each piece they make can be customized by you, the consumer. If I had known how inexpensive this table was, I would have posted it a long time ago. Patricia Urquiola is a genius and her designs are going at a premium these days, so I was thinking this table would have been a lot more expensive.

Have you ever wondered where all the advertising banners for art shows go when the shows are over?

Better Wall works with over 20 major art museums and sells them as large scale wall art (with portions of the proceeds going back to the museums). Any damaged banners are recycyled as raw materials and keep vinyl out of landfills, and you can feel good about that.
