You never know when you might need a small card to say the word(s) you’d rather not say in person, or (even worse) in an email. Cards are an endearing traditional aspect of communication, and make an occasion out of a few simple words. Yep, we’ve posted the 4 slat Adirondack by Loll before, but this one is new, and has less ‘slat’ and more of a clean, modern look. As is with most of Loll’s lounge chairs, this one is made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE = milk jugs), and is 100% recycled and recyclable. That means no maintenance needed- ever- and no storing/packing up when the seasons change. And, as an extra bonus, an integrated bottle opener is hidden underneath the sitters’ right arm for opening up a cold one when the weather gets warm.

Simple doormats do the job, but a doormat in the shape a cloud might just be a tiny bit better. It’s like watching kittens playing- really not necessary but somehow worthwhile. Anyone who’s ever visited YouTube knows as much. And, yes, that was a link to a kitten video. Made of natural coir.

Among the many varieties of wallet/iPhone cases is Distil Union’s Wally. It’s an attachable leather pocket that keeps your credit cards close at hand, with a pull-tab that conceals/reveals contents. It won’t hold all your George Costanza-like receipts and such, as there’s just room for around 3 cards, so maybe it will force you to only keep what’s necessary. The Wally attaches directly to the iPhone (and most cases) with an adhesive backing.

An LED ‘candle’ that never burns down sounds pretty fantastic, even if the price point is way beyond what most of us would want to spend. A black or red circuit board has 128 tiny LEDs on each side that renders the image of a flickering candle flame. A warm color temperature makes the flame look quite realistic despite the obvious circuitry, thus creating a nice tension between traditional lighting and recent technology. What a nice night light this would be…

It might be difficult to discern the tiny Zebrawood speaker amongst the pencils and parquet boxes in the image above, but it’s there, and it’s tiny- three inches by three inches, to be exact. And why do you need a tiny, Zebrawood speaker? Who knows, but my best guess is that you’re looking for bluetooth compatible, wireless speaker that has a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, and if it happens to blend in well with your oh-so-spectacular décor, then that’s a definite bonus.

Well, what do we have here? I’d say one heck of a well proportioned, piped-cushion sofa. Go ahead and insert a wolf-whistle to fully pick up the appreciation that I’m putting down for this Bank Sofa by Blu Dot. Grey is usually the color choice I’d recommend for longevity, but this lava-lipstick red sure is a show stopper. Choose between super skinny blackened metal or brass legs.
