I’m a big fan of b-boys (as witnessed by anyone who has seen me watch SYTYCD), so this book had me before I even opened the cover.

So, here’s a rather personal recommendation for anyone searching for some patio furniture on a small budget: I recently decided to get a couple of butterfly chairs for our patio because a) they’re inexpensive, b) they’re decent looking and c) comfortable. After spending an enjoyable evening last weekend sipping mojitos in seated comfort (knowing I didn’t spend an arm and a leg helped), I can say I’m relatively happy with my purchase*. I got the red color with the black frame (as pictured, polyester fabric on a folding steel frame.), but there are all sorts of options to choose from.

This is one crazy octopus-like chandelier, but the industrial feel could look very good in the right sort of setting. Looks like you’d have license to hang it however you’d like, so that could be fun figuring out whether to go symmetrical or all-out random.

Whoa, take a look at this staircase. I like how it just disappears into the floor and blends with the wall. My only concern is the lack of railing, I’d be afraid of falling. I guess you’d just have to stay aware and not walk around with your eyes closed.
