I’ve seen several pet products on the market, and none have really come close to achieving a good combination of high style and solving the ugly realities of pet ownership (mainly the litter box), until Marly Gommans “Cats in Style” line.

The Eco Ware line is the result of experimenting with biodegradeable plastics made from compressed natural materials such as byproducts of coconut, rice and bamboo processing. Tom Dixon created this line of biodegradeable plates, bowls and cups dubbed Eco Ware . This elegant line of sustainable tableware is 85% bamboo bound with a water-soluble polymer.

Eco Ware is fine enough for formal occasions, tough enough for the outdoors, and robust enough for every-day use. The best part is that after a long functional life (5 years give or take), the Eco Ware objects can be recyled into plant pots or simply composted back to the earth.

I love this polar bear book shelf. Were I lucky enough to own it I would paint all my book spines white and put them in the shelves.

Nice lambs wool blanket with “blah blah” pattern.

This sofa looks amazingly comfortable. Instead of the seating angle being at 90 degrees, it’s more tilted towards 115 degrees, giving you the ultimate in lounging comfort.

Tokujin Yoshioka apprenticed to both Shiro Kuramata and Issey Miyake before he started designing his own line of furniture for Driade.

I’ve been pretty good this year about bringing canvas totes with me to go grocery shopping. It’s mostly working out, but I’ve got to say that this Market tote which has the pockets on the outside for odd shaped bottles would make it almost effortless to carry groceries without feeling like your bag is about to burst at the seams.
