This little birdhouse cuckoo clock houses a cuckoo who announces the time every hour, unless it’s dark out–thanks to a light sensor.

Skulls have kind of fallen off the design radar (thankfully) which means you die-hard goth fans can now distinguish yourselves once again.

Somehow both minimal and grand in scale, the lex was introduced by Artifort during the Milan Furniture Fair 2004.
“ergonomical and functional comfort make the lex armchair exceptional, a step above other armchairs. the frugality of its design and its minimalism provide the sofa with a timeless elegance. its clear lines and qualities speak for themselves. the goal in designing this sofa was to maintain a sleek visual shape that would be both distinct and timeless.”

I like these little tables because they’re almost like the stark white displays in museums or art galleries. Here, it’s less about the table and more about what you’re putting on it.
Stands 14 inches high.

This isn’t exactly a design classic, but there’s something really endearing about it. Perhaps it’s the reinterpretation of the 60’s view of modern furniture. It’s perfectly scaled and in a nice cotton/nylon blend.
