3D Puzzle is a children’s table, shelf, and chair furniture set that is easily assembled without the use of any tools or fastners. It also doesn’t come with any instructions. So it’s to you and your child to figure out what pieces go where and complete the puzzle. You can choose between a normal chair or a rocking chair and 1% of the sales goes to “Save the children”.

We featured Phaidon Design Classics “a monstrous 3 volume set of books that covers the last 200 years of product design ” a few years back. Recently released is a digital version specifically for the iPad, taking full advantage of its gesture interface and gorgeous display. It’s quite a deal at just under 20 bucks, and well, you don’t need to spend any more money if you bought yourself an iPad to begin with. Non iPadders can purchase the original 3 book set for $175.

Designer Florian Pucher creates an aerial landscape with these new colorful rugs. Birds-eye-views of Europe, Africa, the Netherlands and the United States are captured in 100 percent New Zealand Wool. Currently available to purchase directly from the designer. Europe, Africa and USA are each $1200 and the Netherlands is $2100. A fair price for such a unique piece of furnishing.

Alice in Wonderland is an interesting mashup of materials and styles. Traditional elements are implemented in oak while much more angular and modern lines in white MDF. Oh wait, what is you say? Based on the description its a combination of a cabinet and writing desk. I’ll take the designer’s word for it. Regardless of what you want to call it, it certainly will add quite a visual punch to any room.

Yeah I know, a rectangular stickie note makes the most sense in the squared-off world we live in. But whatever, these cool geometric shaped ones are just fun. Even if you don’t actually do work with them, they’d be great to have around for gifts and other crafty projects. Someone buy me a pack of hexagons.

Devoid of any embellishment, the Tarpaulin Dry Dopp Kit is a rugged, waterproof toiletries bag in a simple and straightforward package, guranteed to take years of travel abuse.

Inspired by the traditional matchbox, designer Simon Donald created the Stanley series of oak candle stick holders. What really makes it stand out is the bright block of yellow, which is actually sandpaper for use as a striking surface.

Make from 100% recycled leather, Re-fill is a practical and stylish collection of small leather goods hand-crafted in Italy. Choose from wallet, credit card holder, or key case. I’d love to see these in person because from the picture it totally looks like felt.

This is a pretty neat idea for a magnetic modular photo frame that is scaleable and adaptable to your use.

We’ve featured a few birdhouses before, but this will be the first one where you will get the satisfaction of putting it together yourself. No tools are needed either, it snaps (and unsnaps) together in about a minute. Great for kids or ones not so confident in their hand skills.
