This is crazy. At the time of your purchase, materialize will give you a cd-rom which has a proprietary software file on it. You then take the file back to materialise and they will recreate the your lamp for you.

I’m totally in love with Jasper Morrison’s Glo-Ball series, but I was unaware until now that there is a mini version (3.5″h x 4″w) of his lamps available. This would be perfect right by your bed or in the livingroom.

Now this is a closeout special, so if you like what you see, you better get a move on it and buy it before everybody else snaps it up. Seems like a good deal to me…the only drawback is it’s just available in light pink or light blue polycarbonate. Sorry if you don’t like those two colors.

And I do have to say, the only reason I would post a lamp for this much money would be because I had no other choice. I love this lamp. Love with a capital L. Like hold a gun to my head and maybe even then I would have a hard time releasing it from my grasp.

For this price, the Norm 03 light might just be the most affordable cool-looking lamp of the month. Don’t know about you, but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the price.

Sorry for posting something so far out of budget but this is pretty amazing so I thought it was at least news worthy. Boontje teamed up with Swarovski to create this chandelier which can be adjusted via remote to either blink or remain constantly on.
