This felt cut-out simply slips over any wine bottle to transform it into a semi-proper vase. I especially like the lattice pattern (shown on left).

These are something special.

“Unfinished and Unpublished is a limited-edition collection of notebooks created in collaboration between StudioMatador and international artists and designers. The binding feature reveals the inner threads that hold the notebooks together and allows the notebooks to sit flat when open. Limited to 500 per design and packaged in a custom box with wraparound sticker. The covers are black hard board with a white gloss finish. 192 pages of mixed colored and computer paper.”

While this looks to be very useful, and quite clever considering the shape of both ends, I can’t help but think of chimpanzees using a simple stick to get ants out of a log. It’s much more civilized, of course. The title is what threw me into chimp thoughts.

Quite similar to the
Icarus Light, the Daedalus utilizes the same overlapping feather shapes yet provides soft lighting for tabletops.

This is one of the strangest coat ‘rests’ I’ve seen, but in the best possible way. It has a very sculptural look, with or without outer attire. Also available in
Dark Brown if you’d prefer a more subtle look.
