These soaps by Marie Gardeski are delightfully strange. I love them because they look so out of place, and just a bit weird.

1/2″-2″ handmade goats milk + vegetable glycerin with light scent.

The advantage of a rubber vase is obvious- you can drop it or throw it against the wall and it doesn’t break…not that you would throw it, but you know what I mean.

Not being one who has a talent for floral design, I like how these vases make even a sprig from a fern look like an arrangement.

Though the price tag is a bit higher than what most of us have for our lighting budgets, this collection is quite striking (in a strange and interesting way).

Yep, it’s decorative, leaning towards folksy, and it has flowers to boot, but I still think it’s such a find. I think it would contrast quite nicely with modern furniture, pulling out those qualities which become more prominent when put beside their polar opposite (an “eclectic” mix).
