This vase looks like a delicately turned piece of paper.
The Alessi E-LI-LI Vase adds a striking architectural element to tabletop decor in a 2005 design by Mandrelli and Doriana Fukas. The ceramic version of the E-LI-LI Vase is slightly larger than the stainless steel version.
Black: Width 4.2 in., Length 12.2 in., Height 14.6 in.
Stainless: Width 3.3 in., Length 9.9 in., Height 11.8 in.

“A sleek, stainless steel design creates a cozy haven for your feathered guests. Rubber perch lets them grip comfortably. Roof keeps the feed dry. This contemporary bird feeder is roomy enough for most birds. Includes interior hook for hanging treats, feeder and a stake that easily plants into the ground.”

This is something else. Designed by Sam Hecht, this lampshade and bulb are both made of the same silicone material, which allows flexibility. Kinda neat, huh?
Approx: 8.75″ H; 13″ DIA
Uses an energy saving bulb.

Good work, CB2. They’ve managed to make a very Bauhaus-esqe pitcher with a very low price tag.
“Right angles. A well-proportioned pour, this tall, sixty-ounce pitcher holds enough for a tableful of friends. The sleek C handle seems to feed the perpendicular spout, perched at the top of its long, stainless base.”

Again, another well designed birdhouse.
“Simple teardrop shape makes an inviting, modern space to roost. Includes perch for birds to hang out and nibble. It’s made with white plastic that’s thick and extremely durable. An innovative, two-piece design that stays together when hanging, and separates when you take it down for filling or cleaning. Includes hook and 12″ rope.”

This candelabra folds up and fits nicely in a drawer. But it’s so nice you may just want to keep it out 365. Or maybe 364 so you can make use of the folding mechanism.
“We normally advise against playing with fire, but you won’t be able to resist reconfiguring this amazing candle holder over and over. Jonas Grundell’s flexible design allows for up to seven candles, arranged in linear, circular or asymmetric patterns—whatever suits your whim. Simply choose your display, then tighten the center screw to hold each arm in its place. Choose from four stately colors.”

We posted these a long time ago and then they sold out. We received a few panicked emails about where someone could find them and this is the first time I’ve seen them for sale online since then. So buy up, people. Get ’em while they last.

Holy cow, I like these so much. Completly worth the price in my book…they’d look great in a large entryway I think. Made of rubber, these hooks suspend from a metal wire and make your clothes look like they’re flying. So cool.

This light casts quite a nice delicate glow…and the size of it would go anywhere. Plus, it simply just leans against the wall, so you don’t have to mess with mounting it (and you can move it around fairly easily).
Materials: silver anodized aluminum leg, shade in “synthetic material”

This Insula cup set is quite nice. With a “gentle organic ripple pattern” it’s sure to please the eyes as well as the sense of touch with a double insulating wall that makes it easy to hold hot or cold beverages.
Set of two.
3-3/8″ diameter and 4″ tall
Available in Snow white, Sea Blue, Salman Orange and Kiwi Green.

What the heck? I saw this and it hit me up side the head, or whatever the saying might be. Spectacular and intriguing, indeed.
“Irregular and apparently random intersections of spatial planes create a volume around the light source and produce the dynamic character of the exuberant ceiling lamp designed by Enrico Franzolini and Vicente Garcia Jimenez. By evoking the dynamism of an explosion, the methacrylic planes – available in the white or two-coloured (white/grey or white/red) versions – seem to escape the central luminous core and explode in all directions. A highly plastic luminous body, characterised by the intrigues of light and shade, of great visual impact and yet aerial, ideal for single-handedly personalising interiors of various styles.
Big Bang provides an intense, decisive and direct light. The particular arrangement of the surfaces guarantees maximum reflection and at the same time avoids dazzling, whilst offering a different lighting effect from all angles. ”
Available in White, Grey, or Red.
