Oh, looky what we have here: a coatrack with hidden hooks and a hidden ledge for storing away all sorts of miscellany. The best part is when you’re not using it, there’s no extraneous details to catch your eye- it’s sleek and shows off the material of the wood. This is another wonderful sort of object we featured years ago (2008) and now deserves an update. Lonneke Gordijn of Studio Drift first started gluing dandelion seeds to LEDs a decade ago, and I think it’s now safe to say that the Dandelight is now somewhat of a design classic, made all the more certain by the MoMA Store offering it up for sale. Plus, right now, MoMA is offering free shipping and guaranteed holiday delivery(!).

So pretty… any one of these vases will get you out of a pinch when it comes to selecting a gift. Yes, the 2016 Cats Let Nothing Darken Their Roar Calendar is sold out at its home website, and that’s very sad for those of us that planned to buy it for the new year. However, happy news, the Cooper Hewitt Shop has it available for your planning pleasure. Thank goodness, as we’ve posted it several years in the running, so it’d feel wrong not to continue the tradition.
