I saw this a while ago in someone’s coverage of the Milan Housewares Fair, and I recently ran across it on a retail site where it’s available to purchase. It’s a great simple design that makes use of all those plastic bottles…

Garden spouts are available individually in blue and green or as a set containing
1 blue and 1 green. (6.5″ spout)

Kitchen spouts are available individually in pink and orange or as a set containing
1 pink and 1 orange. (3.5″ spout)

I know I’ve maybe posted the square planters from Sprout Home before, but I thought these rectangular ones deserve mentioning. You know, for you rectangular-type gardeners.

So cute! You crack the egg open, add a little water, and before you know it you’ve got a little garden.
The ‘egg’ is made of white porous ceramic with fortified peat mixture enclosed, and each comes with a terra cotta tray and seed pack. After 4 or 5 months, it’s recommended that you plant them directly in soil (instructions enclosed).
