I like these so much I can hardly stand to talk about them. At first glance, these plates look like the picturesque towns and touristy places, but, upon closer inspection you notice that you don’t really know what’s going on. All of these plates are digital decal prints (on ceramic) of nondescript places in upstate New York. Telephone wires, ‘wrong’ cars on the road, and other odd things make these odd plates really quite wonderful. (Two more are available, just not shown here.)

Each plate is numbered from a limited edition of 300.

Do you happen to remember the Black Forest Vases I posted forever ago? Were you paying attention? Probably not, and that’s okay, because I’m going to do you a favor and let you know about the expansion of that particular graphic into dinnerware. I’m excited about it even though I can’t afford it.
