For a long name, this little block of wood doesn’t do much other than hold your cable in place and look cute. But perhaps that’s plenty enough? A slot alongside the bottom of the house lets your cable pass through, yet keeps it from falling off. Uncomplicated.

Why do you need a walnut, puck-shaped thingamajig? Well, it’ll keep your charging cords and cables it place, so you can avoid crawling around on your hands and knees behind/beside your desk/sofa/bed every time one slips away. What’s that red tie around that stack of notebooks? It’s the Pixi Tie, and it’ll do all sorts of securing for big and small jobs around the house. Simply pull the cord tight and through the button’s locking channel to keep it in place; pull up and outwards to release. Use the small size for cables or bread bags, the medium for organizing laptop cords and wire management, and the large for bigger items like camping gear or yoga mats.

You know the problem. All those charging cords and not enough outlets. It leads to a genuine mess, if not full-on fighting over who gets to power their device first. Most of us would like to ignore the unfortunate mess of cords lurking underneath and around our desks. It’s understandable, as organizing it all seems like such a pain. Here’s a very simple solution to keep your cords in order: a leather wrap with slots for your plugs and wrapped cords. I’d be tempted to make my own (I’ve several leather remnants from abandoned zip pouch projects), but if you’re not the crafty I-can-cut-leather sort, you can purchase directly from thisisground’s etsy shop.

Queuger, whaa?? Exactly. The Queuger is apparently for any use you can find for it. It’s a flexible elastomer wire with aluminum core, so you can bend it or twist it any which way you want. Maybe you’ll use it to keep wires organized, or to hold cabinet doors closed, or to help ease uncomfortable handles on a heavy bag… those suggestions are based entirely on the ‘ideas’ picture shown below, but you’ll think of many more.
