The ICFF is North America’s most important annual trade show for contemporary interior design. For four days, May 15-18, tens of thousands of designers, manufacturers, architects, retailers, distributors, and developers will converge on the Jacob Javits Center to present and peruse the world’s best and most creative home goods. Trend Union’s Li Edelkoort – Taking Flight
On May 13th, fashion insiders will gather at the New School’s Tishman Auditorium. The room will hum with talk of future collections, of the latest pictures on Jak & Jil, and of Tyra and Raven from Rupaul’s Drag Race, among other things. Then the lights will dim, ears will perk, and all eyes will focus on Li Edelkoort as she glides across the stage, turns to face the audience head-on, and outlines some of the most precious details about the future…details of trends in: color, materials, pattern, silhouette, architecture, and lifestyle.
