Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day. It’s difficult to choose only a few of his words to highlight, as so many of them are applicable to today’s social and political times.

“We must live together as brothers or perish together as fools.”

“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”

“Let no man pull you so low as to hate him.”

“Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.” Strength to Love, 1963

“The time is always right to do what is right.”
