The shape and proportion of this buffet looks remarkably like my walnut knoll credenza. For a little DIY, you can make this look a lot better by simply getting rid of the spindly 50’s legs and replace them with something more architectural looking, like these Ikea kitchen cabinet legs. My Knoll credenza has 6 legs (center supports in front and back), so I would purchase two sets of the legs.
This would be perfect in an office (as intended by Knoll) or you can also use it as an entertainment center.
