Let’s take a look at the Milà Chair by Jaime Hayòn for Magis. It’s a little less severe than some of our other favorite chairs, but it has a sculpted, playful quality that reminds us a little of GaudÃ’s creations (i.e. Catalan Modernism). The organic shape is achieved thanks to a a gas-assisted injection moulding technique, which makes the Milà easier to produce and therefore very affordable. Keep a set outside or indoors; they’re stackable too.
