The recycled steel box contains two full crops of seeds, a soilless growing medium, a bamboo lid, and, of course, directions. Your salad-ready, USDA-certified organic sprouts will be ready for harvesting in around 7-14 days. Not to encourage failure, but the container might be useful for other organizational purposes if you decide to put an end to your windowsill garden.
