“harry allen always cherished the silver candlesticks that were left to him by his grandmother. gran adored them and they appear in nearly all of the family\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s early holiday photos. he loved to use them, and for a devout modernist, this caused some psychological conflict. after pondering the fact that everyone, even a modern designer like himself, responds to classical elegance, harry allen decided to embrace the conflict by copying them with color-infused plastic. through a material transformation, the classic form of gran\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s candlesticks is available for the modern world to enjoy.”<\/p>\n
