I don’t know about you, but this makes my fingers itch to make furniture out of cardboard. If you’re less inclined but still want the furniture, you now can get the look without the (presumable) hassle.<\/p>\n
“An ecologically low-impact solution for the home office, the Desk is made from BeeBoard, a layered cardboard with a honeycomb structure. By keeping the BeeBoard exposed, he lets the material provide a densely textured surface that contrasts with the structures\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 surprising lightness. The Desk has two pillar legs that lock into the tabletop\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s span and are secured by industrial adhesive. The table is completed with a slender acrylic overlay to provide a smooth, firm writing surface.”<\/p>\n
