Chops combines the two, with a metal knife rack that holds two cutting boards upright for storage. Take off one board (or both) and you&#8217;ll see the simple black frame of the knife rack. After prep and cleaning, reset the boards on either side, and you have what appears to be just a slender wooden knife rack.
