Anne Gericke is a German jewelry maker who arranges amazing, tiny, hand-painted figures in solid glass enclosed in a silver frame. It’s definitely pricey but some might say it’s worth it. I bought a necklace several years ago with two tiny business men and I can’t tell you how many times people ask me what it is. Despite its tiny size, it’s definitely eye catching.

Have you seen these yet? I think they’re pretty neat and definitely look a little snazzier than regular ol’ laces. The grey things screw into the existing holes of your sneakers and then you thread the new stretchy (or non-strechy if you prefer) laces in/around and suddenly your old sneakers look a whole lot cooler (and supposedly more comfy too).
